We process orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, here’s how we handle it:

• 30-day return window — contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right immediately — no need to return the item.
